Misty Johnston is the Owner and Principal Manager of Solutions PM, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the property management industry. Her expertise spans a wide range of asset types, including single-family homes, small plexes, multi-family properties both garden-style communities, and mid-rise developments.
Throughout her career, Misty has built strong, lasting relationships across the industry, allowing her to deliver creative and effective solutions for virtually any property or management challenge. Under Misty’s leadership, Solutions PM provides two core service divisions designed to meet the evolving needs of property owners and organizations.
Our Property Management Division delivers hands-on management solutions for single-family homes and smaller multi-unit properties, focusing on operational efficiency, resident retention, asset preservation, and long-term investment performance.
Our Professional Services Division offers strategic support for organizations and property owners, including contract staffing, driving occupancy and operational efficiency in both newly developed and mature communities, policy and process development, and operational consulting.
Misty is known for her passion for people, strong operational mindset, and ability to design practical solutions that work.
